2. SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY TIMELINES
Domestic (India): Delivery within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
International: Delivery typically takes 10–20 business days, depending on the destination and local customs procedures.
Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to info@smilensure.com (or your registered email) so you can monitor your shipment in real-time.
3. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
SmileEnsure is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If a package is returned to us because the customer refused to pay local customs duties, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
4. RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
Return Window: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items (such as personalized goods or hygiene-related products) may be exempt from being returned.
5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us immediately at info@smilensure.com with:
Your Order Number.
Clear photographs of the damaged item and the packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. RETURN SHIPPING PROCESS
For standard returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
