  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.

  • Courier Partners: We partner with reputed international logistics providers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS) to ensure safe and timely delivery.

2. SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY TIMELINES
  • Domestic (India): Delivery within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • International: Delivery typically takes 10–20 business days, depending on the destination and local customs procedures.

  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to info@smilensure.com (or your registered email) so you can monitor your shipment in real-time.

3. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

SmileEnsure is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  • If a package is returned to us because the customer refused to pay local customs duties, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

4. RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

  • Return Window: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items (such as personalized goods or hygiene-related products) may be exempt from being returned.

5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us immediately at info@smilensure.com with:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. Clear photographs of the damaged item and the packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. RETURN SHIPPING PROCESS
  • For standard returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
